State of the Art Continous line
Lloyd Insulations (India) Limited has set up state-of-the-art Continuous Line at Cheyyar near Chennai (India) for production of PUF, PIR and Rockwool Sandwich Panels. The Plant uses third generation blowing agent viz.n-Pentane which has a zero ODP and is environment friendly.
The line has a capacity to produce 9000 Sq.M of sandwich panels per day in cut lengths ranging from 1.5 meters to 12 meters (2.7 Million Sq.M/year).
